EASYSeal Ultimate - 3 Litre

EASYSeal Ultimate offers the same fantastic protection as EASYSeal SSP against a variety of contaminants including oils, grease, fat, sauces, wine as well as general dirt and grime. It also impedes the growth of algae and fungus and offers good anti-graffiti properties. Ultimate also contains 'Dirt Defence' which makes the sealant more hard wearing.

The water-based, solvent-free sealer provides durable resistance to staining as well as superior scrub resistance for hard wearing, long lasting protection thanks to the inclusion of 'Dirt Defence' formula.

The water-based solution allows the stone to 'breathe' rather than trapping in efflorescence, preventing milky patches forming like solvent-based sealers can cause.

Based on a single coat, a 3 Litre tub of EASYSeal Ultimate covers up to 18M2. Coverage can vary dependant on the porosity and texture of the surface and the application method used.

Ideal application conditions would be between 10ºC and 30ºC. Avoid applying during rain, frost or when surface or air temperatures will be below 5ºC.

EASYSeal Ultimate can be applied by brush, roller or low pressure sprayer. Shake well prior to use. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from algae and mould. Apply a generous, even coat across the paving. More porous stones may require a second coat which should be applied whilst the first is still damp.
