EASYSeal Patio Seal & Protect - 3 Litre

EASYSeal Patio Seal & Protect is designed for porous surfaces such as natural stone - including sensitive material such as marble and granite, concrete and block paving. Patio Seal & Protect is not designed for use on non-permeable paving such as porcelain.

As a guide, based on one coat, Patio Seal & Protect covers approximately 30M2 per 3 Litre tub. Coverage can vary dependant on the porosity and texture of the surface and the application method used.

Patio Seal & Protect can be applied using a long-pile roller or low pressure sprayer. Shake well before use and apply generously, coating one paver at a time. Use a lint free cloth or rag to mop up excess sealant to prevent leaving a patchy finish. Apply two saturated coats. The second coat should be applied whilst the first is still damp - do not allow coats to dry between subsequent applications. If allowed to dry first, the cured sealer will resist the second coat resulting in a patchy or milky finish.
