EASYSeal Contract - 20 Litre

EASYSeal Contract is a professional grade solvent-free sealer suitable for all types of concrete including block paving, decorative concrete paving flags, raw concrete such as slabs and garage floors and pattern imprinted concrete.

By penetrating deep into the concrete, EASYSeal Contract provides excellent oil and water repellence - protecting the it against different types of staining.

EASYSeal Contract leaves a hard-wearing light sheen once dried - enhancing the colour in paving. Additional coats increases the protection and adds a greater sheen to the surface.

5 litres covers up to 50M2. 20 litres covers up to 200M2. Coverage can vary dependant on the porosity and texture of the surface and the application method used.

Ideal application conditions would be between 10ºC and 30ºC. Avoid applying during rain, frost or when surface or air temperatures will be below 5ºC.

EASYSeal Contract is best applied using a long piled roller. Shake well prior to use. Ensure surfaces are clean and free of any marks, stains, efflorescence and contamination as these will otherwise be permanently sealed in after application. Ensure the surface is completely dry before application and rain is not imminent. Do not pour the product directly on to the surface. Use a long pile roller and try to apply an even coat - removing any excess or runs of product. For dense concrete such as block paving, apply a single coat for a slight enhancement, apply a second coat (within an hour of the first) for a light sheen and a third coat (within an hour of the second) for a greater sheen finish. More porous concretes will require a minimum of two coats, applying the second within an hour of the first. A third coat can be applied to achieve a greater sheen, again, to be applied within an hour of the second.

Keep pets away until the surface is fully dry. Allow to cure overnight before subjecting the surface to heavy use, allowing for longer in cold, damp conditions. Optimum performance is reached after two to three days.
